We strongly recommend professional installation of performance and safety-related parts. Incorrect installation can cause serious injury, vehicle damage, or failure of the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are safe after installing any parts.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within two to three business days, depending on product stock. Some items may take longer due to supplier delays, holidays, or special circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. They are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Delivery times depend on the carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or events beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. To return a product, customers must first contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If a product is returned without authorization, it may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets our return requirements. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
Some items cannot be returned. This includes custom-made products, special orders, clearance items, and any products that have already been installed, modified, or used. These exclusions help us keep our quality standards and protect the value of specialized products.
5. Warranty Policy
Many products we sell are covered by warranties from their manufacturers. The details of these warranties depend on the brand and product. Vortex Motorsport does not offer its own independent warranty, but we do help customers with warranty claims when possible.
